The chipper Skorpion 250 SDT/G equipped with high dimension toothed upper roll and chain feeder, both hydraulically driven is designed for shredding tree limbs and logs with diameter of up to 250 mm. This is a disc model with a pneumatic blow-out system installed on the disc. Chips are ejected through a rotary chimney that can turn by 360 degrees in relation to the chassis. The cutting system consists of a disc with 2 or 3 cutting knives sharpened on either side. This chipper can be powered by four-cylinder, turbo charged diesel engines of Perkins, both of the capacity of 84 HP. 60-liter fuel tank allows several hours` work in the field. The essential equipment of the chipper includes a hydraulic propulsion system servicing the upper feeding roll and a crawler installed instead of normally used lower roll. Such solution allows for easier loading of wood, improves operator`s work and enhances efficiency. Both of them are driven by hydraulic motors. All above mentioned devices are driven by its own hydraulic pump. A lever type of control system connected with the hydraulic divider allows changing the feeding direction. As a standard the chipper is also equipped with an electronic system of work control, protecting the machine against overload/excessive duty through temporary stopping the feeding unit. Additionally, the chipper is equipped with a mechanical overrunning braking system and a hook-type coupling for towing adjusted to its interchangeable part – a grip for using a ball pin or a towing eye. Les copeaux de bois sont rejetés par la cheminée tournante tournée de 360° par rapport aux châssis. Le broyeur avec l`arrangement d`accrocher de trois points est destiné à la collaboration avec un tracteur aratoire de la puissance de min.80 ch. SKORPION 280 RBG is the smallest produced by Teknamotor drum-type chipper with a chain feeder meant to cooperate with a min. 60 HP farm tractor (540 rpm). Large loading table, 265 mm wide and 190 mm high inlet allows chipping branches with offshoots (with leaves and needles) as well as a round timber of the diameter up to 180 mm. A sector-type drum with three cutting knives (one rotation of the drum for one full cut) allows to achieve a very high potential of the chipper with a relatively low power of the tractor. Knives – produced out of special alloy steel and properly heat treated - can be sharpened several times – even 20 mm of the nominal size, assuring theirs long-term use. As a standard, the chipper is equipped with a speed control of feeding which allows production of chips in the range of 5 – 25 mm in length. With this solution the Client can produce small chips which – after further processing on hammer mills – can be used to produce briquettes or pellets. Installed screen ensures high regularity if chips. Chips are advanced from under the screen to the fan by a screw conveyor, than discharged thorough the ejection tube. The chipper is equipped with manually swiveled by 360°ejection tube. Optionally, the ejection tube can be extended. The feeding system consists of built on a rocker toothed roll of the diameter of 280 mm and a feeding table equipped with toothed 680 mm in length chain feeder, preceded by manually folded flap. This solution makes the loading much easier, improves the work of operator and increases the efficiency. Both - roll and chain feeder - are powered by hydraulic gear motors driven by own hydraulic pump installed on the chipper; farm tractor only serves as a PTO drive unit. Сейчас все чаще стали задумываться о наиболее экологических методах уборки. Это касается и заросших естественной кустовой и деревовидной непригодной растительности. Мульчер навесной – это самый пригодный для этого способ. Годится мульчер на МТЗ любой марки. Как он это делает? Рабочий формат этого агрегата таков: будучи навешенным на трактор, он подъезжает к цели, упирается в нее капотом и рамой, ротор крутится – дерево спиливается и падает. Движение трактора в этот момент медленное, до 3 км/ч. Растительность на объекте падает и дальше измельчение происходит уже по земле. На роторе в свою очередь в определенной расположенности находятся зубья, либо подвижные молотки. И дальше капот закрывается оператором. Действия приведения капот в движения осуществляются за счет гидроцилиндра. Трактор двигается в обратную сторону и продолжает измельчение до совсем маленькой фракции. Прикрепить мульчер на выделенный под него трактор можно самостоятельно, либо прибегнув к помощи сервисных инженеров. Делается это несложно – закрепить на трехточечной навеске и соединить с ВОМ. Поэтому купить мульчер можно любому владельцу любого трактора.
Нефтегазовики и энергетики любят использовать мульчер самоходный. Мульчер гусеничный гораздо проще применять на таких территориях. Мульчер лесной больше годится лесным арендаторам, чтобы остатки порубочные можно было не вывозить. Продажа мульчеров производится и в отрасли сельского хозяйства, чтобы привести земли в порядок.
